Crystal Healing is a holistic, non-invasive energy practice in which Alicia works with crystals, Reiki, and optional sound to support relaxation, reflection, and a sense of energetic balance. Crystals are placed on and around the body as Reiki flows through the session.
Alicia works within an energy-based framework that considers multiple layers of the client's experience. Crystals are placed on and around the body as Reiki energy flows, while soothing sounds from crystal bowls fill the room with resonant sound. Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes, starting from $50.

Crystals can be approached through several different lenses at once: geology and mineral science, human history and material culture, symbolism and ritual, contemporary spiritual practice, personal experience, and scientific evaluation of therapeutic claims.
Each of those lenses asks different questions and produces different kinds of answers. This library keeps them distinguishable rather than forcing them into one explanation. Understanding what a crystal is physically does not require abandoning what it means personally — and claiming a physical property proves a spiritual or medical effect requires its own evidence.
